The camera software of Samsung disallows the use of manual flash at the highest resolution. On the S series that's 108 or 200 megapixels and on the A series that's 50 or 64 megapixels.
Why does Samsung not allow manual flash at these resolutions? I can't think of any plausible reason. It just seems like an arbitrary restriction.
And is there some way to manually enforce it? With root, if necessary.
