Stuck at "Encryption Unsuccessful" after flashing custom rom

I just flashed a custom rom on my Huawei Nova 2 lite LDN-LX2, already tried formatting the data partition, using ext4, reflashing roms, flashing another custom rom, and im still getting the screen. how do i fix this? thanks!
