I bought 2 new Samsung galaxy a14s from Vodafone dealer. When I install the Knox authentication manager program, it says "compromised device" warning. There is no root on the phone, there is no infected program. Samsung customer service connected it remotely to my phone using the Tutorial program and examined it and said there was no problem. Please help me, what is the reason for this?
