No updates for XT615 Motorola

I just got this phone and i wanted it to update.
Andriod Version: 2.3.7
Baseband: PR3
Kernel Version: 2.6.38.6-pref
Build 1_540_4113

I did delete catche and did factory restore...still says that my phone is up to date? Even latest is 4.4.4 KitKat?
