Never ending notifications

I don't know if I will explain it correctly, but I have something that irritates me. When he gets a notification on the upper bar and I will move it to the left after some time, he shows up again. As if instead of removing it, I pressed a nap. Display is displayed, I will not enter this notification and I will not open the application. Can it be changed?

I have One UI 6.1 but it's not new
