MIUI 14.0.3.0 Does TRIM run/works/ on MIUI devices?

It seems TRIM does not run on MIUI devices automatically. What can I do to run it on MIUI 14.0.3.0 without root? (Particularly on Redmi note 10s) Running fstrim -v shows "/system/bin/sh: fstrim: inaccessible or not found" error on adb. Does fstrim even exist on miui?
