Is Flashing My New Phone a New CSC Safe

I got an imported Samsung S21 Ultra 5G from the US. However, I am now in the middle east and my SIM card isn't working. I read on the internet that flashing a new US unlocked CSC code (XAA) to my phone will solve the problem. Is it safe to do that using Odin?
