Infinix smart 9 32 bit os convert

Hello my cousin has Infinix smart 9 phone it has 64 bit CPU but the os is running android go and it s 32bit I want to convert to 64bit to download a specific 64bit app I am not sure how to do this are there some gsi's or custom roms compatible what exactly can I do and thank you
