I'm confused why the wifi can't be turned on after flashing

I initially wanted to unlock the bootloader but I made a mistake and I tried to flash my Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 cellphone but when it was finished flashing my wifi didn't turn on and the IP address and MAC were not available I was confused and asked Chatgpt and they said I had to download Presist.img but I've searched for it but I didn't find it, does anyone have the file
