I lost the Android Multimedia themes

This Chinese version of this Android multimedia device came with some themes installed, like the ones in the photos below. However, after rebooting the system, they all disappeared. These are essentially files stored inside a folder. Does anyone have these files I could put back in the folder and have the themes back? Thank you in advance, and if I've asked this in an inappropriate place, please delete it..
