how to prevent "com.google.android.art" from being updated?

android 12
Rooted with magisk

some apps crush after "com.google.android.art" being updated automatically.....
so i have to "pm uninstall com.google.android.art" and reboot the phone..........

is this possible to prevent “com.google.android.art” from being updated?
