help in making an android system image, can anyone help?

I am trying to make an optimized system image for my motorola moto e32, (android 11) as my phone performs quite poorly (i know it isn't very powerful anyway)
So far i have extracted the system image, but i am unsure what apps to delete.
Can anyone please tell me wich apps are critical system apps, as i don't know.
