[HELP!] I erased all firmware, rom and fastboot from my tablet

I have a SEBE Tablet Android 13, and I erased all and I have boot-loop and I cant do nothing. I cant enter bootloader, I cant enter recovery mode, I cant do nothing.

SEBBE dont have informatión of the firmware they have and I cant download a recovry rom (and I cant flsh it)

Any one can help with some information?
