My Nokia 4.2 Android 11 phone comes with Google conglomerate icon on the home screen (botton line middle location). When you select it it opens a panel showing all the main Google apps - Maps, Gmail, Drive,Calendar etc This icon is a grey circle split onto 4 sections containg tiny goole app icons

Thsi app does not appear in the apps drawer. Middle icon shown on screenshot attached

What is this app and how can I install it on pther aNdroins phines?
