Is there a way on Android to obtain your phone's app APK install history - all the way back to the initial setup or to the most recent factory reset?

I'm not talking only Google Play Store apps but all app APKs you've installed since the initial installation (or most recent factory reset).
  • This log should include all current or deleted apps
  • And it should include installations from anywhere
Does Android keep a log of all installed apps (even if they're subsequently deleted)?
