Song playing after missed call

Hi
Trying to help my father out with his huawei phone

Anytime he gets a missed call a song plays (it’s a song on the phone ‘dream it possible’) and the only way to stop it is to restart the phone

I’ve spent an hour going through notifications etc but I’m truly stumped

Any help would be greatly appreciated
